You must be at least 18 years old and accept delivery within the UK to place an order.

Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) reflect average high-street prices.

Prices are confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for errors, tax changes, or other factors. If adjustments are necessary, we will notify you with the option to cancel your order.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payments made will be refunded. However, we are not liable for additional losses caused by unfulfilled orders.

Delivery is free for most UK Mainland addresses. Additional charges may apply for premium delivery services or specific postcodes.
Delivery times are approximate and usually within seven working days. However, delays beyond our control may occur. If an item is out of stock, dispatch may take up to 14 days.
For large items, ensure assistance is available for the delivery driver. Two-person delivery is available at an additional cost upon request.

Important: Do not schedule installers or fitters until your goods have arrived and been inspected.

Responsibility for goods transfers to you upon delivery.
Goods will only be delivered to the specified address and require a signature upon receipt.
Any issues, including damage, shortages, or incorrect items, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If delivery is missed, you may incur storage fees or additional delivery charges.

Consult a qualified professional for appliance installation. We do not include installation in our prices unless explicitly stated.
Where we recommend a fitter, they operate independently, and payment is made directly to them.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of typographical or pricing errors. Refunds will be issued promptly if the error affects your purchase.
Ownership of goods remains with Essex Media Walls Ltd until full payment is received.

Damage: Report transit damage within 24 hours.
Shortages: Notify us within 24 hours if the delivered package count is incorrect.
Incorrect Goods: Report errors within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Delivery: Report undelivered items within two days of the expected delivery date.

You can return unopened, as-new goods within seven days for a refund, excluding delivery charges.
Obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and ensure the goods are returned securely at your expense. Items without valid authorization will not be accepted.

Report faults within seven days of delivery.
Options include a replacement, repair, or refund (subject to inspection). Packaging and accessories must be returned in their original condition.

If the product is found to be fault-free, a 15% restocking fee and delivery costs may apply.
