We offer free delivery to most mainland UK addresses.

For deliveries to locations such as Offshore Islands, the Isle of Wight, or Northern Ireland, please contact us via email for a delivery quote.

Delivery is typically within 7 working days. A sales representative will reach out to you via phone or email to confirm the delivery date. While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control.

All delivery dates provided are approximate. We are not responsible for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses resulting from delays. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and ask that you allow up to 14 days for dispatch.

Please note that our free delivery service is a one-person operation. For larger items, such as media wall fires, you may need to assist the driver with unloading. A two-person delivery service is available upon request for an additional charge—please contact us for more details.
